Overview

ITU-APT Foundation of India (IAFI) will once again organize our annual flagship event The 5th India Spectrum Management Conference and exhibition 2025 (ISMC-25), on 15th and 16th December 2025 in New Delhi, India.

The management of spectrum is a crucial issue facing the telecommunications industry worldwide, and it is particularly relevant to India due to its largest population and the fastest proliferation of 5G technology in the world. With the recent work on the 6G framework in the ITU, the stage is set for tremendous growth opportunities in wireless communications in the coming years.

The timing of the 5th ISMC-25 is critical for spectrum management as many administrations around the world will start finalizing their preliminary views on the WRC-27 agenda items during early 2026 leading up to the next round of Regional and global preparatory meetings for WRC-27. ISMC-25 will provide the much-needed platform to share views, expectations and way forward towards various issues that will be addressed during the studies leading to WRC-27.
